"Es el peor hotel dónde me he hospedado, recomiendo no se alojen en este hotel. La atención es horrible, son groseros, no cumplen con la descripción de los servicios. No dan soluciones y evaden la responsabilidad ante una problemática."

"The room was nice, clean and good size for the money. The breakfast was OK, but a little hard to navigate. There was a football tourney in town for kids. They used up the entire pool and the pool bar was not open. We had to yell at the kids running in the hall knocking on doors at 11pm. The sink stopper was stuck and the hair dryer did not work. In spite of asking the desk, they were not fixed. These are little things that make a four star into a 3."
