"Nice view of the city, spacious, and very comfortable. Bed big and comfortable, I slept very well. Food at the noodle bar was good. I wish I could’ve stayed longer."

"Rooms were very clean and designed well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable however. Surprised how there was no sweetener available for coffee with breakfast as well as limited options given room rates. It could be an excellent hotel with minor tweaks to comfort and breakfast options"

"Great location! A quick walk to the Scotiabank Arena, and other attractions. Hotel was really nice on the inside, and could tell it was newly renovated. Only downsides were the cleanliness of the bathroom which had some hair in the drain from the previous people, and build up in the corners of the shower. As well as the noise from the hallway really travels into the rooms at night time. However, this is a great hotel for location! "

"Great room, great service. No hot tub, small pool, lots of kids. Useless for adults. No restaurants close by. I liked how clean and modern the hotel was, but nexy time I would probably stay somewhere else. "

"Very convenient location Biggest compliment was not being able to use Adult Pool throughout the day There are 2 pools one on the second floor for families and one on the 27th floor for adults only however when I went to use in I was told from 11am until 9pm kids were allowed due to March break even thou it clearly states Adults only I was not impressed at all I paid for the use of a pool and couldn’t even get close to it because of all the screaming kids They really need to revisit the use of the adult pool as it’s the Arthur are paying the bill not the screaming kids and I was not the only one that felt that way Many adults just walked away once they were told kids are permitted NOT GOOD !!!!! "

"When I went to the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised my room was upgraded. The buffet in the morning was delicious. The staff were topnotch. It is an excellent location. "
