"Elevators inadequate. Came away from check in without room keys. Confusion on how to get room keys replaced. Constant text messages intrusive. Lots of added charges. Missed fact that breakfast was not complimentary and pay parking. Booked hotel on location and number of beds. Didn’t need or used the water park. Front desk staff helpful but required one to go there in person."

"Check in was terrible room was not ready at 4pm. Buildings elevator did not work for a good portion of the first day. the door lock died we were locked out of our room for about 1.5 hours till about 1am in the morning. "

"Only stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Didn't use amenities this time, but have stayed at Vacation Village before and the suites are well-equipped and the property is very nice -- pools, activities, nature areas to walk."

"This hotel feels far from what you’d expect from a Hyatt. I’m not sure the convenience of direct terminal access makes up for the outdated rooms, the very disappointing buffet breakfast, and the high price compared to other nearby airport hotels."
