"I liked the location of the property in proximity to NCPAC. I was glad that it was quiet at night. I disliked the large squeeze bottles fixed to the walls in the bathroom for all staples, such as hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. While not painful, I have a type of arthritis in my hands that doesn't allow for strong squeezing, which these types of containers require. My husband had to squeeze out each product for me. The breakfast was the worst one I have ever seen at a free breakfast-type hotel. Most containers were empty of food. I opted for coffee only. We will never stay at this hotel again."

"Excellent accomodations. The crazy thing is the $10 a day parking with a $5 Service Fee. I guess being next to the convention is okay, but hotel guest with self park and even if you can find a parking space after 9:00 am. NO CHARGE or bury the parking in the hotel bill. I am tired of here a fee and there a fee. I can just stay home. "

"Great location for West Ashley. Soft comfortable beds, good a/c. Breakfast was okay, meats were a little dry and overdone. Good coffee and pump creamer."

"Check-in went smoothly. Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Room very nice-bed comfortable. Huge problem was on first night huge flood lights on parking lot made our room bright as daytime. Couldn’t sleep-called front desk and person on duty said she had safety pins to use on curtains and I could pick them up-which I did in nightclothes and had to drive-too far to walk. There was no concern, apologies, offer to change rooms. Safety pins did nothing-waste of energy. Next day front desk person on duty offered an upgrade room-no additional charge-at check out we were charged. To date haven’t received refund. Hotel great location-restaurant very good-staff friendly-can’t say same thing about night front desk person."

"This was one of the nastiest places I have ever been to. I was very hopeful when placing my booking due to the pictures and reviews for this place. The pictures provided are false. Upon pulling up the place was completely ran down and disgusting to say the least. The front office reaked of weed, the smell was so strong. We booked an ADA room due to me being in a wheelchair. Once we got to the room, the room reaked of wet dog and a nasty odar. The room was very nasty and dirty, dirt all over the floors and bed. The bathroom was very nasty with dirt, mold and rust. There was homeless people walking around the facility along with people blasting very loud music. This place was inhumane to stay at."

"It took over 45 minutes to get our two reserved rooms because someone forgot to check out the person who occupied one previously. No apologies, little communication other than a sullen explanation. Our accessible room reservation was not honored. Both rooms weren't very clean - dirty splatters in the shower, stains on the mattress cover sides, carpet that left your socks filthy. Worst of all, our Saturday night stay was $250 per room while Sunday night was $88."
