The breakfast is WAY beyond your standard free breakfast, and there are tons of nice touches like snacks and cold drinks available in the dining room 24/7. It's an easy walk to great restaurants and breweries on the main-street strip."

"Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The coffee in the lobby is HORRIBLE and I'm no coffee snob, but it was bad. Otherwise not a bad two night stay."

"The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff."
