"First room I paid for which said ocean view with a sofa was just a bed. So then moved to an interior room with a window looking into a conference room. Of course no adjustment to what I paid. But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!"

"The hotel staff were very courteous. The kitchen staff were very accommodating. One morning the eggs had peppers in them which I could not eat due to allergy. The made me plain eggs so that I could eat. They were so kind."
