Hotels in Boggy Creek

"Upon entering our unit on the resort, it was less than ideally clean. I had noted I required a room close to pool as I was with some seniors who required easy access. The elevator near our room was not functioning so we had to get in the car to drive to areas closer to the pool. I did mention to the staff and they were willing to change rooms, which was nice. One staff stood out (nemesis). She was authentic and kind :). In terms of amenities overall, very busy and never a pool lounger to be found, which was also difficult to being with seniors. The cost of things in the marketplace were shocking."

"Easy to find. Check-in went swift and smooth. Plenty of parking. Gated hotel. Stayed in an exterior room that was small but was all we needed for a group of 3. Room was old but clean. Musty smell when we arrived but got used to it. Air conditioning worked well and had hot water. A closet would have been nice but I didn’t see room for one. Only 3 dresser drawers for clothes. They were big though. Need to install bathroom fans. Pool areas were nice and accommodating for all ages. Plenty of food and drink areas. Price was good. Staff were friendly. More seating areas outside the pool area would be nice but they are already in plans for that. Would stay again. "

"Great place to stay for a good price. Rooms are not updated but they are clean. Nice pool area and the breakfast is a plus! It’s close to everything. My only complaint is the shower doesn’t get hot enough but for the good price and cleanliness I’ll definitely stay again."

"Food-expensive & not that good Bar-expensive but staff was welcoming Beds-worn out, needs replacing Vending machine-doesn’t work correctly using change, snacks were melted Staff-most were great and willing to help, Life Guards were in abundance Cleaning Staff very friendly in all areas Customer service was quick and friendly Parking was easy & free"

"The Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is a good, to a very good resort. The location is excellent! Even though it is directly off a major highway, once inside their gates it is very nice! The rooms are well appointed and spacious. They are very clean and comfortable. The grounds within the resort are outstanding! "
