When I complained to the management company facetiously named Wonderful Italy, they refused to offer any solutions, leaving me with no choice but to stay for the two nights I booked or lose the money they had already charged me. All my clothes still smell like mold two days later....

"The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival. There was also a power cut around 6am but emergency contact was only available from 10am, when i was due to check out. The instructions provided to reset this were not clear."
