"Very nice hotel with pool, bar, beach and attentive staff"

"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"We have stayed in lots of different places in Ilhabela and Real Villa is easily our favorite. The hotel and gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are excellent, very friendly and flexible. Although it’s not on a beach, the location is great as it’s a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in the villa. Highly recommended! "

"simplesmente incrível! ótimo atendimento na chegada, durante e no checkout. todas as pessoas prestativas e aconchegantes. ficamos 5 dias e sem NADA a reclamar. as instalações estão impecáveis, a manutenção ótima, café da manhã simples, mas delicioso. única coisa que se fosse para dar uma “dica” e diferencial seria pela atualização das tvs nos quartos. o quarto 12 só tinha acesso à globo, então fica um objeto meio morto, sendo que seria de grande valia nos dias chuvosos. no mais, recomendaria mil...
