A great French breakfast was included and you can order dinner (be sure to ask the host in the morning) with fresh and high quality local delicacies. The host was also very friendly and helpful. We recommend for anyone looking to taste the Périgord countryside!"

But what was also remarkable was that the staff was not only friendly, but also went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation during a train strike. "The host was so welcoming. He and his wife made us feel right at home. We immediately felt comfortable and like we weren’t just guests in their home but long time friends. "Really good despite the weather. No evening meal but lots of restaurants close by. Night entrance meant that you could enter hotel as late as you wanted. Beautiful village. Lots of places to visit nearby, staff really friendly and helpful. Lots of car parking, either right outside the hotel or in the square. We used the hotel as a base to go sightseeing and as such it suited us fine. Highly recommended. "
