I selected this hotel because it offered free parking, when I arrived, there was nowhere to pull up and then they informed me that they only have 8 parking spots, and I needed to reserve them in advance, they just blamed it on Expedia. I had to go down the street and find a public lot. They told me the public lot would take a credit card, not to worry. I went to retrieve my car and they only took cash 🙄. The only thing I dislike is when you say the SPA working time is from 9am till 10pm, that should mean client can go and use SPA from 9am, not 10am while everything is ready inside of the object. I would prefere more that you say SPA is working from 10am till 10pm so I can manage my time.
The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. Everything was great! The staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again!
