"Clean but noisy from other people "

"The hotel is recently refurbished and to generally as high standard however, The heating didn't work in the room and couldn't be fixed for my stay. Hotel was fully booked so I couldn't be offered another room. There were no towels in the room. The view was OK but building work outside starting 8am in the morning and noisy. Check in is in a different hotel which is a bit confusing. The room was nice, shower good but nowhere to put soap or shaving stuff in the shower cubicle. No toilet roll holder. "

"Very close to King’s Cross station. Clean and tidy. Secure access to rooms. Cosy and inclusive breakfast was perfectly fine. Quiet in the night. Would def stay there again !"

"Room was tiny but comfortable for one person. Did not realize that I had selected a room with no service. Rather expensive to stay for 3 days in a room that was not cleaned!!! Staff at the reception were welcoming, very helpful and kind. This hotel is very accessible to Kings Cross and St Pancras."

"Had a one night stay for the London Marathon however breakfast on a Sunday from 8am was to late for me. Was able to order breakfast to my room earlier but it was a very limited selection. The room itself was nice and very quiet considering the location. The room had a blind and curtains which helped for good sleep."
