"I had booked this for out of town family who rarely get the beach experience. The staff were so very kind in helping me make this stay for my family so enjoyable and memorable. "First room I paid for which said ocean view with a sofa was just a bed. So then moved to an interior room with a window looking into a conference room. Of course no adjustment to what I paid. But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!"
