"It was very good!"

"I booked at the Sheraton Vistana as an alternative to the highly overpriced rooms being offered for the conference I attended not far away. Not only was the room we stayed in at Sheraton Vistana a fraction of the price I would’ve paid to stay at the hotel the conference was being held, it was a much better room! It was more like an apartment! Plenty of space. We especially loved the patio completely screened in with furniture included. We enjoyed our dinner there each night. The room was meticulously clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, althoughI did not enjoy the fact I had to stop by a concierge to pick up my room keys only to be solicited at the same time for a time share (not cool). This will hands down be the place we book whenever I have to attend this conference each year. "

"Elevators inadequate. Came away from check in without room keys. Confusion on how to get room keys replaced. Constant text messages intrusive. Lots of added charges. Missed fact that breakfast was not complimentary and pay parking. Booked hotel on location and number of beds. Didn’t need or used the water park. Front desk staff helpful but required one to go there in person."

"The breakfast menu was good and most of the staff treated my family and I amazing , very helpful and the pool was amazing as well"

"Only stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Didn't use amenities this time, but have stayed at Vacation Village before and the suites are well-equipped and the property is very nice -- pools, activities, nature areas to walk."

"This hotel feels far from what you’d expect from a Hyatt. I’m not sure the convenience of direct terminal access makes up for the outdated rooms, the very disappointing buffet breakfast, and the high price compared to other nearby airport hotels."
