"Overall, the stay was good. I had a good night's sleep. Even though this had nothing to do with the hotel, I wished that there were car services available."

"Check in was easy. Rooms were ok. When we got out of the shower in the morning, there was a roach on the bed. When we went to the front desk to check out and tell them about the roach, no one there. Waited 10 minutes, called out for someone, finally called the hotel. Girl finally came out of a back room to answer the phone and I told her about the bug, but she was rude and said leave my number and the manager would call. Guess what? No call. Won't be going back there again."
