"As a family with two elementary kids with us, the pool area was great, although it is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures. See video. But when I asked for extra pillows at check-in, he immediately gave them to me and then when I forgot to take them upstairs he actually called upstairs and reminded me that the pillows were waiting downstairs. Anyone who has traveled knows how hard it is to get extra pillows so I appreciated the effort, as well as the complimentary tickets for the restaurant. Decent breakfast buffet with eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, etc. that is also held in the same restaurant that is part of the hotel. We did either for dinner and that was decent as well. Overall I would say a solid 4 and 1/2 star experience for a family with younger kids!"

"Overall, the hotel is nicely kept up and the availability of coffee and water in the lobby is a great addition. The only drawback, if you have your own car, is you must check in before you are allowed a room key to get into the garage. Upon check out, front desk staff, as a courtesy, should inform/remind guests to hold on to a room key, should the guests decide to leave car in the garage until 1 pm, time limit for parking. "
