"Best Hotel in Boston "

"mostly, the stay was great. Except for the free shuttle from the airport. I called 5 times to request a shuttle pickup - starting at 12:17am, and was told that a driver was on the way each time. call number 3, the shuttle driver slowed down at the pickup location, looked me in the eyes, and kept driving. It took 2 more calls to finally get picked up. the daytime shuttle drivers were prompt, courteous and friendly. The night shift driver was not."

Plumbing might be an issue as second day we were there, strong odor from bathroom smelt like sewer plant. "
