"I've been staying at the B Ocean for years. The owners have been neglecting the property. Carpets in the hallways and grimy and old. Doors and furniture in rooms is dinged and chipped. Time to renovate or lower the room charge for the downgraded experience. Valet charge at $57/night is out of control, for bad service. They never pick up the phone when you call. The hotel staff is great! "

"The best family vacation so far! The location was beautiful! The cleanliness of the rooms and the resorts overall was exceptional! It was very peaceful place. No loud parties and music. They thought of everything! As funny as it sounds I love that they even had a scale in the room :) Everything is so convenient at this place so you just leave your worries at home and enjoy your time there. We love the history of this place and that it’s family owned. A lot of the staff there works for decades which itself speaks a lot about this place and the owners. This was our first time there but we fell in love with this place and we are committed moving forward to visit there at least once a year if not more. "

"Melissa checked us in and she was awesome! It really set the tone for our great stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean and the beds were outstanding. It is close to the airport and the cruise terminal. We would defiantly recommend. "

"The private Beach was beautiful and relaxing the property location was perfect book a room on the ocean side next time it would be amazing to see sunshine and ocean waking up. "

"Disappointing to say the least… for a $48 daily resort fee and $45 daily parking hotel much more is expected. While hotel looks good in the inside lobby and 4th floor, everything else is poor. Room was extremely small for a double bed, while clean it was very run down for those type of prices. Pool are is very small and not well maintained, pool bar was only open on the weekend and even tho was not busy it took 1 hour to get guac and chips plus two drinks. Staff clearly not well trained ( never saw so many drinks being drop). Website photos of hotel are very deceiving, will definitely not come back , it’s a 5 star hotel pricing with a 3 star hotel amenities and service."
