"Very friendly and kind customer service. Breakfast was great. We love the freshly made orange juice. Rooms are modernized and well kept. Parking was very accessible and safe. Walking distance to the Malecón and into town’s business. "

"Complimentary breakfast is chilaquiles and coffee (red better than green). There are other options for purchase. Food service for breakfast and lunch at the pool was very slow. But it was tasty. First day was given cold coffee. Was fixed. Room was very clean. The hotel is beautiful. Their replies via whatsapp are very fast. Pool and jacuzzi were nice."

"The property was gorgeous. The rooms are immaculately detailed down to the lovely local flowers placed in the room. Bakery is delicious and the complimentary wine voucher was wonderful to enjoy. Don’t miss dinner at Fauna. One of the best meals I’ve ever had! "

"Rooms not that great"

"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not."
