"Nice hotel and good location but a bit dated with uncomfortable bed and no room service after midnight which is absurd for a hotel of this size and stature. Walls also paper thin so you can hear your neighbors talking or crying etc. staff doesn’t ask how your stay was on departure "

"I stayed three nights in Brussels and I think this hotel and location is perfect for everyone! The hotel itself is centrally located at walking distance from grand place, central station etc. there is a cool dining place with multiple options called the Wolf food sharing hall, which is literally next door. My room was clean and spacious enough as a solo traveller. The hotel is really big on energy saving, no plastic, and avoid house cleaning unless you ask for it. I really appreciate and support that. Overall the hotel is clean, has elevators and centrally located. There is a person at front desk at all times which is so nice in case you need help with anything. One thing though, the hotel had a strong peculiar smell in the common areas( likely a cleaning supply) which was bothering. It would disappear in the room so it worked for me."

"Good stay for a night near the airport"

"Staff very kind and helpful. Decor modern and minimalist, very clean. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Nice shopping nearby. Quick walk to central train station. Uber to airport €35 reserved in advance. Breakfast for €34 was mundane. (More like a US interstate motel than an upscale property) but other features of the hotel make up for that if you eat breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. And back to the best: staff warm friendly welcoming and helpful! "
