"The interior of the hotel is like a resort with a nice pool, lots of trees and very beautiful. But the hot tub doesn’t have hot water. The rooms are spacious but needs a bit upkeep like there is some sort of smell in the rooms, so have to keep a/c running. It feels like you are living in the nature which is very nice. The reception closes at 7 but there is security 24*7 and the facility is close gated, so very safe. Near by area is okay. Close to the Jaco downtown. 5 mins drive. Overall nice place to relax."

"The staff were attentive and very helpful, and having a private pool was definitely a plus. Parking, however, could have been a better experience. Our balcony was shared with three other rooms, which was fine, but I would have preferred it to be more secluded. The property also shares the beach, and unfortunately it felt a bit dirty and messy at times."
