"We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!"

"Second time staying at the property. First time stayed in the middle building. Even there is elevator but quite and nice. Clean hotel, nice staff. This time stayed in the main building. Elevator is slow and small I understand it's a historical building. I had to walk most of the time. Toilet is too narrow to the wall even I am not a big fat guy at all. TV lacks channel and not a smart TV for online streaming."

"Parking was good. A/C stopped working on our fourth day there but receptionist changed us to a better room on the third floor. There was nothing available to eat, no vending machine, no coffee at all and not even water. Rooms are not cleaned unless asked for the day before so if you forget or are not there to do so, they will never come."

"Check-in was slow, just one person handling and there was a line - it took about 15 minutes. Bed was comfortable. Physical plant is aging. It's near the airport and the water pipes for showers was very loud from about 5:00 am on. Good price though."

"The pictures of the room didn’t match. You would think the hotel would at least have complimentary coffee or a microwave but they didn’t. The pool is extremely small."
