"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom — completely unacceptable. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I couldn’t even stay the night. I had to leave immediately. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a refund because more than an hour had passed since check-in, even though I had only stepped out briefly to get food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else"

"The room was okay. Reasonably clean. Check in took a long time due to front desk clerks poor English skills . We had to have our room key reprogrammed daily because it stopped working. Compared to other similar properties the breakfast was poor. The toaster and microwave kept tripping the circuit breakers. Needs improvement. "

"First I want to say the staff was excellent! They really helped correct the situation. I choose hotels.com for the pay when you get there option and have been paying with cash. When I got to the hotel their policy is no cash and they informed me to go to Target to put money back on my card. Which I did and Target doesn’t do any thing like that. They then waved something so that I can use my debit card which just barely had enough. They have to discount the room like .50 because I only had cash. I know this is a world of no cash but no where in the directions on hotel.com does it say that. According to the staff it’s on their website but I never went to that. Pool was okay, rooms weren’t so great. We could totally hear everything going on next door, even when they ran water l"

"Unfortunately this hotel is poorly managed. We had 2 rooms here for a girls weekend & there are MANY issues with the service. The front desk couldn’t find my reservations when I was checking in. I had to provide info & they recreated the bookings. To name a few other issues, the floors in the rooms are filthy. Housekeeping avoided servicing the room as much as possible. For my 3 night stay, we had one ‘partial’ service. The amenities in the room are not ideal- a cooler that hardly cools anything, few hangers, a shower door that doesn’t allow you to place a mat outside, no garbage in main bath area, hardly any TV channels to choose from as most have become “gray”, community ice without any scoop (sanitation issue/broken glass concerns)…shall I continue? We witnessed staff arguing at the lobby bar. 1 bartender servicing the entire lobby & restaurant. Food in the restaurant did not come out as ordered. Service in lobby/bar was beyond terrible. Trash in common areas as there was nobody working to pick up used items. Our second room wasn’t ready on time & it had cooler issues for my friend’s temperature sensitive medication. Shall I go on? Valet was efficient-the highlight of our trip. Carlos the bellman was friendly. Ritchie and Tyler in the restaurant are friendly & doing the best job they can given the circumstances. Phil at the bar needs more support so he isn’t unhinged. I got a measly resort fee credit. Great location.Too bad because it should be great for the price. "

"Front Desk manager was helpful and accommodating but the property is run down, everything is overpriced, and you’re not even told at check in that because they are time shares, your room doesn’t get a daily cleaning. Ocean View rooms below the 5th floor have their “view” blocked by trees. Not worth the price at all."

"Grotesque dirtiness all over the room. Oily fingerprints on the headboard from whomever was sleeping/copulating in the bed. Stains on couch, brown stains all over other furniture that look like wiped off poop - I got videos of EVERYTHING! Bed sheets looked like they were already slept on wrinkled and dirty. And on top of it someone from the hotel walked into the room twice even though a DO NOT DISTURB sign was hanging on the door. Tacky attitude ridden staff on top of that - and lots of property damage through out the corridors/elevator. Good location but otherwise JUST GROSS!"
