"Hotel was fine, but property does not offer a 24-hour airport shuttle as their own website and booking sites claim. That was the reason I booked this hotel. Landed after midnight and they did not have a shuttle available as they claimed online. Waited a long time for an uber/lyft which was never matched since it was late. Eventually a taxi showed up and was $35 just to go a few miles. "

"Excellent staff with quick check in time and very friendly. Room was clean as well as the entire hotel. I had one reservation and had to add on another night and the process was seamless. This hotel has been my go to for years and they never disappoint! Definitely will recommend others to stay at this hotel."

"Amenities were good BUT there was no maid service unless you asked for it- which they did not tell us until it was no longer available during our stay. So we had unmade beds, no towels and you can’t open the windows so the room smelled without fresh air. Management was somewhat apologetic and even though we are Marriott Elite members the only accommodation we got was a $25 bar credit. Oh and the door lock didn’t work right and we almost got locked in our room!"
