"This review is specifically about the staff working valet parking morning of Sunday 5/17/2026. He had a very bad attitude and I seriously recommend some customer service training for him. I misplaced the valet ticket given to me the night before, in spite of the fact that my jeep was parked right in front of the hotel he refused to give me my keys. My last name and my room number was written on the tag on the keys but he just refused to open the key cabinet to look for my keys. He kept asking me over and over what my tag number was and I kept telling him that I did not know what it was so he simply said he couldn't help me. What was I supposed to do? Leave my car there and walk home? Very poor management. Will never stay there again."

"Our room was so spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Houston "

"The room was dirty. The shower did not drain, so you were standing in a dirty tub of water while bathing. Carpet was disgusting. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet. Complained about all of these issues and they were never resolved during my stay"

"I’m still pretty upset about the enormous roach in my king sized bedroom, they switched me to a smaller room and booking through Expedia refunded me $50 worth of credit from my stay. No ventilation for bathrooms, no windows either, For the price… mmm.. no comment. The food being such a low price was definitely excellent. Staff rating: did their job Breakfast: excellent I don’t drink so I didn’t check out the bar but the pool was a great reason for the stay❤️ most likely won’t be returning though unfortunately"

"I used to stay here with United Airlines. On work. The place is really showing its age. The beds are definitely needing replacing. Our room was so dusty that we coughed all night long. The lobby is in great condition but the rooms the outside access having to walk through the heat just probably won’t be staying here again. you have to pay for Wi-Fi if you are not a Marriott member. You have to still put a $50 deposit down for incidentals. A bottle of soda that you would get at the store for two dollars is almost 7 dollars. Just nickel and dime and don’t forget breakfast is like $32 per person for a buffet. "
