"The room was spacious. Everything needed to be cleaned. Looked like floors haven’t been vacuumed in weeks, counters were dirty, saw roach in the bathroom. There’s no linens for the pullout couch overall below average day the lobby was hot and dirty. The hallways look like they hit it man kept up at all. "

"Bed was broken. Garbage outside window/patio. Black mold in bathroom… discovered when the toilet wouldn’t flush & I lifted the tank lid. Also; didn’t get the room pictured when I booked on Expedia."

The television was a joke, I felt like it was 1990 again flipping through channels that hardly worked or took literal minutes to show a picture. No mirror by the desk so hair/makeup had to be done over the sink in the bathroom. Lighting overall wasn’t great. "

"Excellent customer service, the gal at the front desk was a gem. The towels and sheets were clean, and that is important. But the room was not cleaned properly. The floors, vanity, and bathroom were dirty. And the bathroom door was broken and had no latch, so it would not close all the way. One of the bedside tables had a broken leg. "

"Wonderful little getaway close to the natural springs in the area. My daughter loved their spring fed pool. The staff was great, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. "
