"Staff was friendly"

"Staff customer service was just bad. The person who checked me in was just rude and unfriendly to me on sight. I thought maybe that was just her personality but she was bubbly and great with other guests who came in. The morning shift guy was also strange - when I went to get a drink from the cooler, after asking him to put it on my room tab, he heavily eyed the cooler to make sure all I took was a bottle of water. Selective poor customer service from the get-go. Not a good way to treat guests. Maybe they need some more training. "

"The room was very clean except the floor. My feet and my husband’s socks were quite dirty after walking on the floor. It may need to be mopped. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"I requested an early check-in between 1 to 2 pm. The front desk staff told me thatnit was approved. I had to wait 2 hrs and 40 minutes for check in. I received a mutitude of excuses for delays from the Housekeeping Supervisor amd front desk staff. If they had just told me up front that the room wouldnt even be ready at the 3pm check in time I wouldve gone to lunch or done something else. I have stayed hereanyntimes in the past but will never do so in the future. They meed more staff. I wasn't the only one waiting for a room. The locatjon adjacent to the highway made sleeping almost imposssible. "
