"great staff, very clean-but surprised that there was no art in the hall ways or rooms. everything was really good. its a beautiful space, do not skip the gallery museum, or the bar cocktails"

"The staff were very well intentioned and tried to be accommodating, but this was among the worst hotel stays I can recall over many decades of travel. Airport shuttle never arrived, requiring us to get a $20 cab for a 3-4 minute drive. First assigned room would not go above 54 degrees. Second room had mold all over the tub."

"Friendly staff at breakfast. The hotel rooms are ok, the bathrooms are nice and updated, but the floors in the rooms need to mopped properly as they feel quite sticky and dirty. Good that it has a gym, but there’s a mismatch of single weights of varying size. The use of plastic wrapped plastic cutlery at breakfast is not great, would be great if that was changed into something more environmentally friendly."
