I would prefer getting instructions and the like via email (directly). "Whilst the location is 5 star, the service most certainly is not: - Lack of attentiveness at check-in (no assistance with luggage), at breakfast service (had to flag down waiter on two days to get coffee), at lunch service (wrong order) - Impeachment of guest privacy / safety - twice staff walked into my room without my knowledge, one time catching me undressed - They asked me to change rooms due to a faulty mini bar but did not offer to pack my things or carry my luggage to new room - The door key needed resetting every day of my stay - No assistance with luggage when leaving the hotel Les Roches Rouges is a beautiful hotel but if you are discerning about receiving great service, you should think twice about staying."
