"There is no hot tub"

"Did not get the room I booked so no kitchen when I was expecting one, the microwave quit working half way though use then started to work again the ice machine on my floor was out of service so had to go up or down a floor to get ice, breakfast that’s provided was a bit on the different side breakfast sausage was boiled and soaking in water, some days they would have things other days they wouldn’t but all and all I guess for including in your stay I can’t complain to much about the food. Better be ready to drive for another food items though. "

"We were greeted by Sami who was amazing! Friendly & very helpful. Room had a faint smell of bleach which is a huge plus for me. Room was very clean & tidy. Very cute little bar off the lobby. "

"Clean and staff is always friendly. It’s also nice that there is a bar that serves food. The bartender is very polite and easy going. "

"Gym and pool area very nice. 2 lights outside elevator were flickering over the 2 days I was there. Breakfast quality of pork sausage patties and links looked very undesirable while in hot water when opening lid. Not used to seeing that as the appearance and looked undercooked overall I would come back again. "

"Parking was great and staff responsive. Was totally unimpressed with the manager telling us we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels. They dont pick up dirty towels and replace them at request in between 3 day cleanings. Ive never had to do this. Also, garbage gets fulll when cleanings are only every 3 days."
