"The roadworks in front were a bit of a nuisance. And the system wasn't working. But the receptionist was very patient and for the station it is very convenient "

"Room was clean but dated, hallway carpet was disgusting with stains and marks everywhere, I complained to the reception and wanted a room move but they had nothing suitable and no further action or communication was taken, extremely poor for a 4 star hotel. Avoid if you don’t want to look at a vile carpet every day"

"Hotel is in a perfect location in the centre of the old town. Lots of restaurants nearby and bakery across the road. Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. Room was large and very comfortable."
