"The location and the staff were the best part of our trip! Right on the beach with easy beach access and everyone was super friendly and helpful! The place was clean but the water had a bad sulphur smell. The microwave in the room was kind of broken. It worked but wouldn’t open easily. The breakfast buffet did not have bacon and only had pancakes 1 of the 2 days we were there. Pool was nice minus all the sand in it. Bring your own toilet paper unless you don’t mind hard, thin toilet paper. Only one elevator worked the whole time we were there and that was annoying because you had to wait forever for it. Thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor so we mostly used the stairs."

"We stayed in the cabana room. It is steps away from the beach and made the access very easy with the kids. Room was clean and spacious. The only problem was there was no phone service inside the room and the WiFi wasn’t able to be connected from there either. Not sure what the problem was with that and if it is a regular occurrence. We only stayed for one night and were pretty busy so we didn’t end up asking about it."

"Great location. Very clean and well maintained. Direct access to the beach. Beautiful views from the balcony and reasonably priced. Love the bracelet keys. Stayed here partially for the kitchen to save on eating out. The kitchen is a little sparse. We would have liked to have seen baking pans, spray cleaner to wipe down kitchen counter tops, pot holders, and a larger pot. We had several frying pans for cooking only. Perhaps some basic kitchen supplies like salt and pepper and oil. One of the TV's did not work through out the stay and we were told the pervious week had lots of storms and the box would have to be replaced by the "tv company." This was not done during our stay. Wasn't a big deal as we were in need of the tv very little. The bar downstairs is nice with good food and fun alcoholic smoothies. They have wait staff who will bring these items to you while you lounge near the pool or in beach viewing areas which was very nice. Watch the mandatory 18% gratuity when tipping. Our room had a great view of the Saturday night fireworks from the pier. Great floor plans to optimize views from as much of the room as possible. Elevators were fast and frequent. Bikes available for rent. Overall would highly recommend and return."

"Overall a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, quiet and I felt safe traveling solo. The ocean view was worth it for every sunrise. Only real concern at first was location but once inside I felt very safe and taken care of. A true sanctuary. Notable the shower surround is very clean but visible wear noted...probably from the very clean nature of the shower. We were right off the elevator and even that location was quiet all 5 days I was there. Staff was great! The parking was on-site but also cost $10/day which isn't what was listed on the booking site. Once booked then I got notice of the charge. I didn't mind it bc the parking was close and easy."
