"The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. The blow dryer did not work which bummed me because I do not have my own. And the covers were thin. Those are the only two problems I had. Very small and minute"

"The hot Breakfast was a disappointing venture the two days we were there. Most everything was gone when we went down to eat at 8:30. Room vibrated from the generator, pumps or elevator near us. A/C was fine, bed ok, towels ok. Only got a like warm shower the second evening - no hot water. Location in the neighborhood seems kinda sketchy."

"We booked a two-night stay at this hotel, upon arrival to our room we knew that we were only staying one night (we stayed that night because we arrived after midnight and were exhausted after a day of travel). This is a smoke free hotel with an 8.2 rating (I did my research). The hallway and room reeked of marijuana. Our room was next to an exterior entrance and all night long "guests" would go in and out of that door. The room would shake every time the exterior door slammed shut. The security lock on the door was busted. I used the reserve now, pay at the hotel feature when booking this hotel. This allowed me to get a refund for night #2. The checkout staff was accommodating; I got the feeling that she has delt a lot with unhappy guests. I read the reviews, looked at other hotels and booked a mid-higher-level hotel hoping that it would be decent. Ugh, the process is so frustrating. When booking through Expedia (which I like to do) I will forever use the reserve now, pay at the hotel feature."

"The bed was very comfortable, if undersized. The room was clean and secure. We did not bother with the tiny offerings they had for breakfast."

"ALMOST NONE OF THE AMENITIES LISTED WERE AVAILABLE (except for the hair dryer). No breakfast (except a pack of donuts). Outside property was rundown, in an unsafe, transient area that may or may not have featured sex workers trolling about. Window curtains and lamps broken. Bathroom fan broken with motor bits (filthy) exposed. Microwave glass plate missing. Only good parts of the room, the mattress seemed new and linens were clean. Why did we stay? Because we prepaid and because EXPEDIA OFFERED IT AND WE TRUSTED EXPEDIA!"

"It's easy, right off highway. Great pricing, and safe. Your family will be safe here for a short stay. "

"The property was clean, well, equipped, and perfect for our needs. The fully functioning kitchen made meals much easier and helped us save on eating out. We also appreciated being away from the busier parts of Nashville. The only downside was its proximity to the freeway, with truck noise at night causing some disturbed sleep. There was also a late night party in one of the neighbouring houses that was quite loud, which was a bit challenging with kids. After a few days staying in Pigeon Forge, it was lovely to return to the house and relax. Overall, I’d recommend the property, just consider bringing or using the provided earplugs."
