"Clean rooms and big. Quiet the staff was wonderful, breakfast was really good with all the continental breakfast essentials. Restaurants are walking distance, strongly recommend Pollería la granja…..the building has an elevator…the only thing I would suggest is to build a ramp for people that are on a wheel chair or have heavy luggage also to put hands rails on the front door steps."

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.
This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!
Excellent Hotel if you want a walking distance location to the main plaza. Stuff was very friendly and helpful when in comes to tours, city information and food (Specially Cesar). Rooms were clean except that it was really cold and heater didnt do much. Overall great place to stay.
The hotel was overall very clean, very nice and modern. We had great room services and they were flexible about our stay. My husband and I both got sick the day we were supposed to check out and they let us stay for free until we needed to leave for the airport -several hours after check out time. They also helped us get tickets for Machu Picchu and arranged a taxi for our early departure to the train station. They were wonderful!

General TiPS....when you get to Cusco just relax in your room the first day/night. The altitude is no joke. This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.
I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!
The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Cusco center, close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is clean and cozy. The very best part of our stay was extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable: they were helping with COVID tests, contacting tour operators, calling taxi etc.

The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. This is the most beautiful view in Cusco I have had in my 4 different times visiting the city. Great location—just a short walk from the main plaza, but in a quieter area by a nice park, which I preferred since the plaza can be very busy and loud.
There are quite a few stairs, but the staff helps with luggage and customer service was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
