"Was perfectly fine for a surprise overnight layover in Dallas. We had last minute flight delay issues and needed a place to stay, bed was comfy, had all the amenities, staff was pleasant and the free airport shuttle was a huge plus. "

"Upon arrival the desk clerk was very nice and informative. The elevator was dirty, trash all in the floor. The room was clean. I guess because we used our points from Hotels.com, we got the less than desirable room. The mini fridge made a noise all night. The AC unit looked like it was rigged when they replaced it. Not very good craftsmanship when the AC was installed. The Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower and the bathroom was clean. We had the view of the exterior ac units out the window and a TV antenna. Breakfast was okay. Definitely not a $200 a night hotel. "

"I have stayed at Extended stays before. This is more like an actual apartment with three private rooms. Two bathrooms washer/dryer full kitchen with dishes and pots pans utensils. I would stay again. Much like private rental without having the host. It was about the price of a motel with so much more!!"

"Our room was just ok. Beds were again just ok. Our meal at the hotel was treatable. It was on Monthers day. The food was not eatable. We ordered chicken stip basket and a noodle dish it was the worst. We still payed but not worth the price at all pass if you are ever at the DFW Hyatt "
