"No microwaves and a lot of the staff are rude. There is a couple nice ones but I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are super creepy people living here and crazy addict criminals also tried to break in our room two different nights at 4am keeping us up all night when I had work in the morning and the staff did nothing about it."

"That housekeeping manager was very rude my son had a accident in the bed she knocked on the door and ask my son to talk to me and said I can charge you a fee I’m not going to do it this time but please put something on him so he don’t wet the bed again the next day she did it in the lobby around guests about charging me again I was very insulted and decided not to stay again because how I was treated "

"The Hacienda Hotel is just lovely. At the entrance, the Courtyard is beautiful with the original fountain sitting center stage. The lobby is elegant and spacious with original chandeliers, fireplace, antiques and historic photographs placed throughout. But the balconies on the 2nd floor were the most special to me. At night, the Courtyard sparkled with lights and as I sat in a rocking chair, listening to the piano playing - it felt magical. Read other reviews for information on the shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, etc. This hotel is beautiful with its Spanish architecture and well manicured gardens. You’ll love it, I did."

"The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "

"Food/bar sometimes completely closed. Bartender not friendly. States food open 5-10p. Not true. Rooms to be better cleaned. Stayed In Tampa for 10days and desk in room not cleaned for 3 days until I cleaned myself. Pool was dirty. Outside was poorly cleaned if at all."
