"Very very disappointed. We had booked one of the more expensive top floor rooms for our wedding anniversary. We live locally but thought we would make a night of it, check out the hotel, have drinks and a meal on the rooftop etc. I had paid the extra for a late cancellation. My husband is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer (not to be fair they knew that) and very unexpectedly the afternoon we were meant to check in he felt unwell and ended up overnight on ICU. I called the hotel to let them...

"Hotel is an ideal place to stay. Rhonda the host is fantastic & will do anything to assist you. The room is very clean as is the pool with parking for each room.The hotel is a little way from the town but there is a nice river walk across the road that will take you there. Also a nice pub with good food to the left of the hotel across the bridge."

"Even though the property looks a little dated, the inside was fantastic. Very clean, wonderfully comfortable bed with access to Foxtel. Would definitely recommend this motel to anyone who stays in Maroochydore."

"oaks seaforth is in a great location walkable to all the areas around you to bars and clubs nearby small supermarket, bottle shop etc. . straight across the road to the beaches, the units are large and very clean has everything you need for the stay, the outdoor areas are brilliant . very friendly staff "
