The decor is quirky, front desk hours limitless and there is NO ELEVATOR but we schlepped our bags up and down from our 4th floor room and had a great time. The location is at the intersection of 2 canals and is within an easy walk of most of old Amsterdam and public transit. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A great hotel find! "
