"Close to Panepistimio and Syntagma Stations. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Quiet property (except when the couple in one of the other apartments were having a very enthusiastic shouting match). Other occupants of the building were peaceful and polite. One mosquito came in and it took me a while to fight it into submission. Possibly my fault for opening the window wide, but I wanted some fresh air. I used the iron, the ironing board, the Nespresso machine, and the fridge, but I didn't use...

"Great studio apartment close to the Metro. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Washing machine in bathroom is a plus. Kitchen is all good with enough utensils to cook for yourself. The host left a welcome drink, fruit, snacks and coffee which was great since I arrived late in the evening. I only stayed for one night but this would be suitable for a longer stay."

"The apartment is very clean and well kept. A couple of minor spots could be improved but that's just nitpicking. The neighborhood is very calm and upscale compared to other zones of Athens but should be noted that is on a hill so expect a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. We had no issues with noise but bear in mind that the noise from the neighbors is quite noticeable, so your results may vary. The price is completely justified, all in all an almost perfect experience."

"Our stay could have been so much better, this being a newly renovated building with professional hosts in a great (for us; we know it well and were prepared for the many steps to it) central location. However, it didn’t work for us as holiday makers on an extended (15 night) trip. The advertised amenities (e.g. soap/shampoo; very small) and typical hotel essentials (e.g. toilet paper/linen/towels/bath mat) are - as we found out - a one time only thing, no matter how long your stay is. "From the moment I booked the room, Eva was excellent in terms of communication, timely updates and even accommodating early check-in (which was a life saver) ! She is a great host and always available to help. The apartment was not less than a five star accommodation! Clean, spacious and in a posh neighborhood of Athens !!
