"We had a wonderful stay at Soprarno Suites. It's in a very nice area of Oltrarno with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Viviana and Brunella from the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping and staff serving breakfast were also very accommodating. They had a good selection of food for breakfast. They also leave snacks, fruits, coffee and tea for guests at the common area. Overall it was a wonderful experience at Soprarno Suites. "

"Home away from home at Xmas — We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lungarno. The balcony overlooking the Arno was so special. We felt so pampered after the American breakfast every morning; gave us a great start to a full day in Florence. Special shoutout to Martha and Anxhelo (Angelo) at breakfast, Vincenzo at Picteau Bar, Ilaria at reception, and Mirco at the front door. The staff took hospitality to the next level. "

"We were a family of four that stayed in the “family room”. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had plenty of space. The rooftop restaurant had beautiful views, wonderful food and drinks and friendly staff. Alessandro made us feel welcome. Our daughter had a nut allergy and he made sure to accommodate her and let her know her safe food options. We loved the location. Close enough to walk to the sites, but more quaint, a little less touristy. "

"I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel deserves one! The staff were amazing, the rooms were spotless and spacious and I felt so comfortable I could walk barefoot without a second thought. And the shower? Incredible water pressure—I could honestly stay in there for hours! And when I asked for some ice, they brought me a bucket big enough for about 12 people. Talk about going above and beyond! Such a great stay!"

"There was a fridge and AC in the room which was nice. Check-in desk was friendly, we actually checked in like an hour early and when checking out we checked out 15 minutes late, not charged and were able to drop our bags with a bathroom available in the lobby. The area felt safe at night and there was nothing to complain about. There were larger recycling and trash available on the second floor outside the rooms which was useful to not have so much trash accumulate. There did end up being some ants in the bathroom, we weren't sure where they came from. Did not end up telling staff, wasn't a huge issue or a lot of ants. The last thing was just that Florence's public transport was slightly confusing but we figured it out eventually."

"I had such a lovely experience at The hotel is beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt cozy and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of great options. What I loved the most is the location it’s close enough to walk absolutely everywhere, yet far enough from the busy crowds. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, such a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back"

"We had a wonderful stay at La Scaletta in Florence! The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, with so many great shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights within easy walking distance. One of the things we loved most was the combination of history and modern comfort. Staying in such a beautiful historic building, surrounded by gorgeous frescoes and architectural details, made the experience feel very special, while the rooms still had a fresh, modern vibe. The terrace bar was another highlight and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Florence. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, and great service. We would definitely recommend La Scaletta and would happily stay here again!"
