"We stayed in the annex building, which is just around the corner from the main hotel. It is in an old building, which has been updated to modern standards without losing its charm. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was completely refitted and functional. There is a small elevator, if you dont want to take the stairs. The loggia is very well located, just a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Our room was very quiet, at night we couldnt hear any outside noise. I would highly recommend staying here, and would happily stay here next time we are in Florence."

"Employees are nice, room is clean but if your room is on higher floor and you have a big luggage, i dont recommend. Flush on higher floor is also an issue. It takes time for water to fill."

"This property really is a hidden gem. Very clean and staff comes in to clean at the same time everyday if you want it. There isn’t staff available all day, however they answer a text through the app quickly. Very roomy and perfect for my trip. I would stay again. "

"Fantastic location about 5-10 mins walk from the main tourist spots. We had a great room on the top floor with a balcony so we could sit out and enjoy the sun. The staff were super friendly and helpful and always available to help."

"The guest house was beautifully designed, aesthetically appealing and well positioned an easy walk to PiazzaLiberta for buses to Novella train station as well as a the small airport. A supermarket and pharmacy2-3 blocks away Very comfortable beds, same foam pillows common here in Europe. Housekeeping service daily. Armando at reception was a good source of info."

"The check-in and staff were great. The room had a refrigerator that didn’t work and the heating/cooling system didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was very good. Strangely, they gave us a spoon and a knife but never a fork. The check-out was easy and they called us a cab right away. Bus C1 takes you right downtown to all the sights!"
