"Very impressive hotel considering it is housed in a 16th century palace. Food was great (which is not always the case in Venice), service wonderful with a friendly staff and accommodations incredible. Loved how it was away from the madness of San Marco and situated in a more residential area. "

"Breakfast was included in my rate. Great location close to train station and you can walk with your luggage very comfortable. Close enough to the grand canal and public transportation in Vapporetos (public ferries), but enough distance to have a good rest at night. Great value for may money. Recommend to everybody who wants to enjoy Venice. "

"Well located for the train station and sights of Venice and restaurants and shops. Generally pleasant stay in a nice room on the top floor. Good breakfast. Slightly marred visit by 23:30 phone call from reception waking us up, demanding wife's passport to hand on to police apparently. "This room is quite small with limited space for luggage. There is neither closet nor hooks to hang outerwear. The kitchen fridge was not working but there was a nice water cooler/ heater. Convenient to the waterbus and walkable to breakfast. Bed was comfortable. On the first floor is a small room adjacent to the kitchen area with a couple of tables to work or eat. "
