"Room was uncomfortably hot, air didn’t work properly, walls thin, and because of the amazing location it is very loud at all times. "

"Upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy every day during our stay. We called concierge every night so they could tell them to be quiet. It sounded like there was a gym above us. Not sure if they were wrestling, jumping, doing aerobics, etc. Staff was nice. Liked the 4-6 pm coffee and pastry time."

"The apartment was great for the 4 of us. Very spacious and the rooftop deck overlooking the city was breathtaking. The water heater had shut down and we couldn’t fix it and there was a staff member on-site within the hour to help us after hours. So helpful and nice!! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Full of bed bugs, just don't go there, staff denying the bug issu, just admit there was after i showed them a picture, they don't take this problem seriously....but you should by going somewhere else"

"This was an exceptional property with one of the best views in Venice of St Marks Square. The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern bathrooms. The staff made sure it was always clean and provided a turn down service every day. There’s a beautiful lounge with a fireplace and cosy restaurant. It’s also walking distance to everything so it’s in the perfect location. Enjoyed the stay very much!"

"Lovely hotel, only thing that was a bit of a put off was the overpowering smell of room spray/air freshener when you walked into the room, we had to open the window to let fresh air in. The room itself was small but clean. Staff where very friendly. Breakfast was nice with a great choice. Lovely bar area and drinks where a reasonable cost for a hotel. Location was fantastic! "
