"Can’t say enough great things here. Suite style room was spacious with two separate rooms, each with a tv so kids could do their thing. Location was perfect, easy to get to everything. Breakfast was excellent, they also gave us some free drinks at happy hour. Modern and very clean. Price was extremely fair. Could not have had a batter stay and will stay here again."

"The Royal Sonesta was perfectly located for tourists to walk to almost anywhere. It is a beautiful setting and a nicely appointed hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful and made our stay that much better! Highly recommend!"

"We had to stat here last minute after we accidentally canceled our reservation at another hotel. We did not realize it was a hostel unit after we had booked it & it was a non refundable room. We had a queen room on the 4th floor. It was very tiny & clean. We had no view at all so that was a bummer. The Cafe was closed all day on sunday & when we tried getting a coffee on sat they said they couldn't make one it was for only certain hours that they could. The broken Shaker bar was nice to grab a drink. It was located in a very walkable area. If you want something cheap this will work."

"We love the Palmer House! This is our “go to” hotel when we travel to Chicago. It is close to theaters, concert halls, Michigan Ave with museums, restaurants, parks, etc. The hotel lobby is incredible! A great place to relax, have a beverage, people watch, and enjoy. The room we recently stayed in was beautiful! We were surprised with a suite and so much room to enjoy."
