"The Hawthorne was an elegant, friendly port in a snowstorm after we lost power at home. We were delighted that our dog could join us there, and the staff was warmly welcoming to all of us. The building and neighborhood are rich with Historic charm, the staff is attentive, and the tavern with its fireplace and beautiful wood paneling is a distinctive spot for a meal or a drink. Nathaniel would be proud."

The location is also near the mall giving us a variety of food options near by. The buffet breakfast was solid. The fresh orange juice makers was pretty cool. I would stay there if I needed to."
