"Great location, super clean place. The Bolivian cleaning lady was so sweet. We appreciated the pastries, milk and coffee that were included as well as the yummy chicharrones. The only thing I would have liked was for both rooms to have AC but regardless we were fine. Left the door open and soon it chilled off as well. "

"A regular hotel, a bit overpriced but very standard in the Gran Vía. Didn´t try the food or breakfast, as prefer to eat outside where many excellent choices abound. It´s Madrid after all. Due the location, not regrets to return any time if possible. As most of the theaters and musicals are walking distance the location covered the extra cost to stay there."

Good location for exploring with public transport links like the metro and bus station nearby. The hotel was also very helpful with an issue I had meaning that the dates of my stay had to change. "The location of this hotel is excellent, right on Gran Vía. You can easily walk to any nearby restaurant in the area. The rooms are very nice, many with balconies, and you can hardly hear any street noise, which makes the stay very comfortable. An excellent option to stay in Madrid."

"This was my fourth trip to Madrid and this has been my favorite hotel thus far. It has a great location on a quiet plaza, but close enough to major sites (between Opera and Callao metro stops). It was only a short walk to Plaza Mayor and also the famous churros of Chocolateria 1902 (which we frequented daily). The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid. "
