"Hotel felt new as did the room. It was very good. The bar was pleasent although for one of our two nights we were not allowed in because of a private function. The hotel is in the perfect location, 5 minutes from the Central Train Station and close enough to the centre of Hamburg. "Apartment eas about two blocks from train station. Good communications on door and key codes. Beds very comfortable. The room had no air conditioner, so we had to opened the windows Our windows were ground level so people smoking and talking out sude on street was very annoying"

Didn’t have the breakfast buffet but it seemed quite popular with other guests. Front desk staff were always super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if ever in Hamburg."
