"The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! No entanto, há pontos importantes a melhorar: - Acesso: O sistema de entrada e saída do prédio depende sempre de autorização, o que torna o processo burocrático e pouco prático. A implementação de um cadastro facial ajudaria muito na autonomia do hóspede. Comodidades: O secador de cabelo não tem potência...
