"Excellent location. Reception staff very helpful but lacked local information which would have been of help i.e short cuts to the piers. Clean all over the hotel but house keeping lacking in our room, i.e not clean the first day. Furing stay, cutlery and linen napkin and glass wasn't taken away to be cleaned until a day later."

"Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, found the food tasty, and experienced courteous and attentive service from the team. Staff from front of house to room attendants were fantastic. Following an injury, the front of house team were able to accommodate our change in plans, and help make our extended stay comfortable, reassuring & even better. While we greatly enjoyed the menu options, the options were similar & require a change to differentiate from nearby cafés. Our only disappointment was with the fridge not maintaining an appropriate temperature, resulting in spoiled food. The hotel's situated in fantastic location allowing us to do most things we wanted to do. We'll stay here again never time we're in Sydney. "
