"Hotel is in a brilliant location . Fantastic views . We did hire a car , but not needed. Everything within walking distance and a regular bus & boat services to other parts of the area .Secure valet parking €40 per day . Hotel a little tired looking in parts but very clean . Hotel staff were fantastic , really took good care of us & made our trip very special . We would highly recommend ."

"We booked this hotel last minute on our travel back to France from Venice and we are SO happy we found it. The staff were wonderful and attentive and helpful. The terrace and pool was lovely with a gorgeous view of the sea and a small gym. The morning breakfast was beautiful and generous and the garden patio we sat in was beautiful. We wish we could stay longer but will absolutely be back. Thank you to the staff for hosting us and making this stay so memorable and relaxing. Highly recommend....

"Located between Portofino and Santa Margarita and on the hiking paths to reach both places without walking with the traffic on the road. Bus goes in either direction every 15 minutes if you don’t want to walk. Gem of a hotel. Small, clean, functional. Great breakfast. Accommodating friendly staff. Owner gave us a small bottle of limoncina when we checked out."

"The Hotel Continental was truly an amazing place to stay. Upon arrival, the friendly valet took our rental car off our hands. Stefano at the check-in desk made us feel welcomed and helped us with our Genoa and Portifino trip planning, along with local information and helpful suggestions. The hotel is very close to the train station and ferry so its ideal to not have a car (or just leave it parked at the hotel). Our room was spacious and comfortable. "A very nice hotel with staff that are extremely helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool and bar are fab and enjoy far reaching glorious views. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Would definitely come back for a longer stay."

"Such an amazing experience. We were in the area for only a short stay- but the villa was so comfortable, elegant, and personalized. We were lucky to be there when the chef was in, and served homemade dinner right outside of our room on the common area. Amazing sea view with the balcony in our room. "Absolute one the finest boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. Rooms are very nicely decorated and everything seems brand new and very well maintained. Great sun roof with jacuzzi and comfortable sun beds. Nice Italian breakfast served until 10 AM. Very friendly staff at all times throughout the day. Outdoor parking worked out great.
